I love Timelord stories in Classic Who. It makes the regular Timelords we meet seem more unique and weird
Gallifrey is really the same as earth, full of people just living their lives, but it’s The Doctor and The Master, and The Rani and Romana that are the special ones.
Timelords are just people, but The Doctor is special, even on Gallifrey.
Tpo long has it been since somebody “drezzed for the occasion”…
TO LONG it’s been since The Doctors shoes “fit perfectly”
WE’VE SUFFERED TOO LONG without seeing an attractive women in a flamboyant blue dress running through an A+E department.
THIS CANNOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE
WE MUST UNITE.
As recently as “The Rings of Akhaten” did we witness A LOCKED TARDIS…. Clara didn’t know what to do…
“THERE’S A SPARE KEY IN A CUBBY HOLE ABOVE THE P”
i hear you all cry…
but no….
THIS HAS TO STOP.
Lord Voldermoff take heed our warning.
School Reunion is SO GOOD and i cry everytime because sarah jane smith
I love you Toby Whithouse
I’ve fallen in love with Nyssa
she’s so beautiful and interesting and loyal and UGH i love her
The Doctor has good taste in Women.
I don’t know if i love her as much as Ace
but UGH Sarah Sutton is stunningly beautiful.
The Fifth Doctor has taken the longest to grow on me
But now oh my god i love him.
ok i love all the Doctors, obviously… but i like Five a lot more than i did at the start,
And Castrovalva is amazing, regardless of what conventional fandom opinion is.
fact.
I’m going to watch The Pirate Planet to celebrate the birthday of the wonderful Douglas Adams .
We miss you!

does The Doctor ever use the toilet ever. i mean he’s a humanoid, so presumably he has the same biological functions as human beings but like not once did The Doctor turn to his companion and say
“Look Sarah Jane Morbius can wait i gotta take a shit”.
Here’s a fact.

AWESOME.
I came to the show in 2005 as a 13 year old boy. My mum had talked to me about how she loved Tom Baker in the 70’s, so i was vaguley aware that the show had a history, but i came to it utterly fresh for the Ninth Doctor. So i watched Rose, and i fell in love. I adored Nines cheeky attitude, northern accent, his sense of humour, and even as a child i remember thinking that the Autons were complete genius, and utterly terrifying. (Later i ould watch Spearhead in Space and even now they still creep me out). I loved the way that the Doctor could be heroic, dominant, commanding, and the ultimate voice for good, without having to be a lothario or violent,(unles pushed) And so i enjoyed the 1st/227th series, until it got to Parting of the Ways, and Nine regenerated. It was completely unexpected, i didn’t know it was going to happen, and as a result my 13 year old self was completely traumatised. I was too young to understand the fact tthat he was the Ninth Doctor, to me he was just The Doctor, the one the only. And so when i was presented with David Tennant, i simply refused to accept it, and thusly didn’t watch Tens first season, and any seaso afterwards, i completely skipped the whole of the Tennant era.
Skip forward to 2010, and i was a huge fan of the comedy Gavin and Stacey, starring James Corden as Smithy. I was also aware of the change in production staff and actors at Doctor Who. One day i was browsing the BBC Iplayer, and i came across the episode The Lodger, which starred James Corden alongside the new 11th Doctor, so i considered my options and decided to give Doctor Who a second chance. It changed my life forever. I instantly fell in love with Matt Smiths portrayal of the Doctor, his alienness, his weirdness, the dialogue between him and Amy Pond in the TARDIS was fantastic, and the plot engaged me. completely. And of course i fell in love with the beauty of Karen Gillan. I was hooked, so i went back and watched all of series 5/31 and i couldn’t believe how incredible it was, so much better than the first season i fell in love with. I adored Eleven. Matt Smiths performance is incredible, the perfect portrayal of an Alien in a humans body that’s both 1200 years old but with the personality of a curious 12 year old..
So i went back, bought the series 1/27 to 4/30, and thoroughly enjoyed that first season, and to be quite honest, was totally underwhelmed by the whole Tennant era. There are some good bits, but most of the Tenth Doctors era is sort of crappy, and i’m quite glad i skipped it. Nothing to do with Tennants acting, it’s purely the scripts. But nontheless i enjoyed the whole of Doctor Who and now i’m a huge fan of both the new and the old series.
I would go into how i ugot into the classic series but i’ve already made this post insanely long and no-one cares anyway.
I will NEVER understand the hate that the Sixth Doctor and Colin Baker get.
Six is fucking amazing, he’s sassy, to the point, alien, funny, posh, MENTAL, and just wonderful to watch.
And i love his outfit. suck me.
People are like “OMG NINE IS SO SASSY OMG” just NO.CHECK 6 FOR HUGE AMOUNTS OF SASS.
The most underrated Doctor is Six and this upsets me. Yeh his stories might have been the start of the downhill spiral, but Colins performance is fantastic.
can i quickly just make a plea to Steven Moffat to bring back The Master for the anniversary year, and to have him played by Misha Collins.
I know he’s American, but The Master has been American before, and i think Misha Collins would play a really dark creepy quiet but sinister Master, the perfect enemy for Matt Smiths mental hyperactive Doctor.

It’s sad that many so called “whovians” won’t reblog this.
true
Pertwee and Troughton are two of my favourites. and Hartnell is so underrated. He’s wonderful. I love all the Doctors but you gotta go back and check these guys out if you haven’t already because it’s just pure hardcore acting and awesome plots.
